Job Description:
Staff Accountant
Location: White Plains, NY - full-time onsite
Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance of the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and applicable work papers.
- Post cash receipts to general ledger.
- Prepare weekly payroll, revenue and margin reports.
- Assist department with special projects.
- Assist with annual audits in conjunction with Company's independent auditors.
- Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
- Follows all Agency policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an accounting role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Knowledge of Excel.
